In life coaching my job is to listen a lot and make questions. The aim is there is to examine and question your thought patterns, and whether or not they benefit you.
Many of us believe unquestioning whatever our thoughts tell us. Sometimes we would benefit from questioning and dissolving some of the old patterns, and forging new ones to take us towards the life we are longing for. As your coach my job is to act as a non-judgemental listener, gentle challenger and supportive cheerleader on the new tracks you clear for yourself.
Coaching sessions are 1hr in length and include a homework assignment with follow-up.
